CMS ERROR: 331 ?

Seeing the previous thread, I just tried sending a hexa char using the -8
option of --sendsms.


Using a Sagem MyX-2, I used this :
$ echo $'\x10'|gnokii --sendsms -8 <number>

and got the following log :

could it be a phone issue ?
or is a carrier issue ?
or is a gnokii issue ?
