Hi, 

Did you run autogen.sh before configure/make ? 

There are no binaries of gnokii, and I dont know about PPA, I dont use
ubuntu so never looked to see if Pawel or anyone else set one up, but
either way, it would likely never have a dev version :) 

Hey Pawel, maybe its time for 0.6.32 ?
