ap_vendor_elements ioctl to driver?

Hi,
I wanted to know how the wpa_supplicant communicate;s with driver
while setting the flag ap_vendor_elements. And one more thing is
whether it is possible to set the ap_vendor_elements to
p2p-dev-wlan0(i,e p2p group interface).
