WPA3 AP using wpa_supplicant-2.9

Hello All,

Like a basic AP in wpa2, we can't create the an AP role in wpa3 mode using the wpa_supplciant-2.9.
The below security related commands are used to configure the WPA3 only AP network,
set_network <id> key_mgmt SAE
set_network <id> ieee80211w 2
set_network <id> psk "secret-key"
set_network <id> proto RSN

It looks like the passphrase didn't get updated when used with SAE mode( due to psk gets generated for the psk).
Kindly let me know if anyone tried to create an AP in WPA3 mode using wpa_supplicant.
