I've not enabled MACsec in the example configuration file since it
depends on relatively recently added macsec.h header file. For example,
this would break the build on Ubuntu 16.04. Adding this to the kernel
configuration files should be fine and convenient, though, so that part
would be fine now and the hostapd/wpa_supplicant changes at some later
point in time (or through some pkg-config checks, etc. to do
automatically based on what's available).
