[PATCH 1/2] ctrl_iface_unix: Increase global ctrl receive buffer size

Right now the maximum size of blobs to install is limited to 4k by
the global control receive buffer. To be able to install bigger blobs,
bump this receive buffer to 8k. This satisfies our case where we
concatenate several ca-certs into one blob.
