OfficeJet710 works fine!!

No real solution as there is non more problem! In fact the only thing to
do was printing a page using cups and parport directly without the use
of the ptal device. 
Afterwhile the run of ptal-init went very well with the detection of my
OfficeJet and the creation of the mlc/par device.
Scanning is fine too.

So the different steps are:

	installation of Mdk10.0
	installation of hpoj

	printing page using cups and the printer detected on parport
	directly

	ptal-init setup

Hope that will help someone in the need.
