I'm using a 5510.  I understand the 10 is the country code, so I don't know if 
it's the same as a 5550.  If I had read all the directions and made SURE I 
specified the proper version when I used apt-get to install, it would have 
been easier to setup on Linux than on Windows.  (Some of the earlier drivers 
allow scanning but not printing.)

The 5510 will take up to 20 sheets through a sheetfeeder, is a good printer, 
and does fax (I haven't tested fax yet.)  Overall, I'm quite happy with mine.
