That should be http://snapshot.debian.net

There you can find the deb apt.sources lines:

deb http://snapshot.debian.net/archive pool hpoj
deb-src http://snapshot.debian.net/archive pool hpoj

Or you can download the packages directly yourself.

You can use `apt-get install hpoj=0.91-2` or you can download the indivual
packages and install with `dpkg -i hpoj.xxxx.deb`
