Upgrade to ipw2200-1.1.2: eth0 now refers to wireless card

Hi all

My laptop was working without an issue. I wanted to
get QoS working on the laptop, therefore, I did
following upgrades:

1. Enabled QoS related settings in the Linux kernel
(2.6.11.9), recompiled and reinstalled the kernel.

2. ieee80211-1.1.9 upgraded to ieee80211-1.1.13

3. ipw2200-fw-2.4 upgraded to ipw2200-fw-3.0

4. ipw2200-1.0.10 upgraded to ipw2200-1.1.2

5. wireless_tools.27 upgraded to wireless_tools.28

Laptop is now up and running, I can browse wireless
Internet.

But strangely, eth0 now refers to the wireless card.
It was eth1 before my upgrade. QoS seems to be working
once apply on eth0. 

What seems to be the issue eth0 now refers to the
wireless card? Have I missed something? 

Any help in this regard is very much appreciated.
