ipw2200.ko insmod failed , please help !

Hi all : 
     my dmesg :

I have already checked the follow steps 
        1. vi /etc/hotplug/firmware.agent
        2. FIRMWARE_DIR=/lib/firmware
        3. /lib/firmware # ls
            LICENSE                   ipw-2.4-bss_ucode.fw 
ipw-2.4-sniffer.fw
            ipw-2.4-boot.fw           ipw-2.4-ibss.fw 
ipw-2.4-sniffer_ucode.fw
            ipw-2.4-bss.fw            ipw-2.4-ibss_ucode.fw
        4. i also put those .fw in /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware
        5. The sysfs is mounted 
                 /sys # ls
                block     bus       class     devices   firmware  kernel  
module
                /sys/firmware # ls
                (nothing)
                /sys/class/firmware # ls
                timeout
                /sys/class/firmware # lsmod

        6. And i don't really know what else i should check for ? And i 
don't know what would be the problem . Please help !
