Radiotap Header: MAC Timestamp

Hello,

I have been trying to use the ipw2200 driver for capturing data 
on different channels. One thing I noticed is that the MAC 
Timestamp is not being populated properly. 

When using rtap0 as an interface, the MAC Timestamp is '0'. 
When using eth1 for capture, the MAC Timestamps are not increasing 
over the time, they are almost remaining constant or are just 
switching between few values.

Is there a bug with the driver? Also, is there a workaround for 
this problem.
