eth1 should be '0' as well, we just forget to initialize that buffer.
Why? Because ipw2200 hardware doesn't provide the MAC timestamp to the
driver. Of course we can set a timestamp in the driver, but I'm afraid
this is not the intention for this "MAC timestamp" field.

I'd prefer saying "don't know" than giving a "wrong" number.
