Hi!

Christoph Auer just informed me I was using an incompatible firmware version
(2.4 instead of 3.0); someone using an IPW 2200 erroneously informed me
that I would need FW 2.4 and I forgot to cross check with the the in-kernel
driver version.

After unzipping the right firmware everything worked instantly. Sorry to
waste your time. :-(

Maybe a message like "firmware version mismatch" in the log would be helpful
if the driver is able to notice that?
