CCMP: decrypt failed: STA=...

hi,

I'm seeing lot of these msgs in dmesg
  CCMP: decrypt failed: STA=00:11:50:xx:xx:xx
and high 'invalid crypt' count, with ipw2200 git-1.0.8 and ieee80211 
git-1.1.7 with hwcrypto=0, and (of course) WPA-AES. K is 2.6.16.27.
With hwcrypto=1 all seems fine.
Have tried 1.1.3+1.1.14 on same K, apparently (limted try) same result.
Weird thing is, that this stuff used to give no troubles so far, and 
instead some brokeness was with hwcrypto=1

Link quality is good (80/100).

Any clue?
