ipw2200-1.1.4 has bugs in "make patch_kernel"

Hi!

The new version ipw2200-1.1.4 compiles just fine as a standalone
version. But the make-script for the destination "patch_kernel" has got
some bugs.
1.) It does not include the compat.* files
2.) Since debug is not always defined (conditional in ipw2200.c, lines
85-87) the definition in ipw2200.c, line 11612 fails.

Also ieee80211-1.2.15 (why the "2"?) lacks the compat.*-components. in
the patch_kernel-destination.
