I think the poster was pjones (@redhat.com maybe). > > You could try puting a sleep 1 somewhere in the resume scripts before > loading the ipw2200 module, i don't know. > Hope this helps. thanks, I continued searching the archives as per your suggestion and came across comments regarding (1) not unloading the module during a suspend, and (2) taking ipw2200 out of blacklisted modules even though the version number looked different. by -really- leaving the module loaded I can keep it working through a suspend, including being able to rmmod/modprobe successfully after the resume. the problem still seems quite strange, but I am happy to have found a working solution. thanks, rob. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
