ipw3945: enhanced scripts +some notes

hi,

I'm trying ipw3945-1.1.0 on K .17.11, .16.28, .18-rc6 on a Toshiba laptop 
A110-262.
I've patched all kernels with both ipw3945-1.1.0 and ieee80211-1.2.15.

- (ieee80211) softmac won't compile anymore in .17.11 (some *_tx_frame() 
  with different #args), I've copied it back from .18-rc6 and that's it 
  (seems to work).
- driver +daemon works, though there's clearly something broken wrt SL/NL:
  iwconfig[28] reports LQ=84/100 SL=-51 NL=-52 and re-issuing iwconfig
  NL *may* vary wildly in range -51..-84, while LQ and SL stay around same
  vals. Despite of that, @0dBm ping -f won't loose a pkt.
  In same sit an AR5212+madwifi-ng reports a ~stable LQ=44/94 SL=-51 NL=-95
- tried .11b WEP64 +wpa_supp 0.5.5 (hidden SSID -> ap_scan=2) and .11g WPA,
  both seems to work fine (limited/short testing).

I couldn't figure out a way to tell udevd (088) to run ipw3945d once driver
is loaded, so have given up and have come up with scripts+config in attached 
tarball:

On Debian here, ipw3945d-start would be called by pre-up in 
network/interface and post-down would call ipw3945d-stop, optionally
inserting/removing the module.

Script ipw3945d-start is *not* thoroughly tested, just WFM for my setup.
