ipw2100 cannot connect

hello all

i dont know what is here the problem. if i do a iwlist -eth1 scan i can see the accesspoint

i do not have a web at this time ... is only a testing ap.
the problem is i dont receive a ipadress. if i make a static ipadress i cant ping the ap

do anyone know where is here the problem ? i think the card is working because i see the accesspoint ...
