Hi All,

We are facing a problem while using the ipw2200 driver, we would appreciate
your help towards resolving this issue.

When tried to scan the available networks, using the "iwlist" wireless tool
ver 29, it is being seen that the Signal levels remain unchanged for a very
long time, inspite after scanning repetedly. The ipw2200 driver is not
updating the signal levels of the detected network.

Is this an issue with the driver or is there a specific configuration to be
made towards the correct working of the driver?

The details of the system are as follows:

Laptop: Dell D610
Operating System: Fedora Core 5.
Driver: ipw2200-1.2.1/ ipw2200-fw-3.0 /ieee80211-1.2.15
Wireless Tools : version 29-pre10

Please let us know if there is any resolution available for correcting this
problem.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,
Basavaraj Arani
