Instable operation with ipw2100 1.2.1 on 2.6.19

This is a bugzilla entry on ATrpms (http://bugzilla.atrpms.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1121):

| Since upgrade to new kernel and ipw2100 modules my ipw2100 is working
| very poorly.  I can see all the networks in the area, but it will just
| connect and det a new IP number about every 10th time. I am using WEP
| encryption.
