I have run Wireless Test Suite for ipw2100-1.2.2.

  6 FAILs and 3 NA results are moved to PASS by Yi patch for WPA
encryption.

 

  One new fail found and bug# 1203 has been open (WPA bug).

 

  Fail results list:

"association with different channels."

 Configure two laptops in ad-hoc mode without WEP Setup two laptop with
the same essid and same channel.

"iwconfig eth1 rts auto - failed."

 iwconfig rts Just do parameter testing. Other tests need to verify this
functionality.

 AP shared key, Laptop move authtype from restricted to open without
reload driver.

 

These fails need discussing with developers.

 

Wireless Test Suite is located on the ipw Repository (ipw/ipwauto).
