IPW 2200 - AP configuration - Firmware fails to load

Hi,
I am trying to configure a StarEast based Intel IXP425 Network Processor as
an Access Point. I am using Intel Pro Wireless 2200BG Network Connection as
MiniPCI card. I used snapgear 3.4.0 with Intel Access Library 2.0 (without
crypto).

During the initialization stage, IPW 2200 card was detected, but  firmware
failed to load. When I tried to increase timeout value and include firmware
files by creating the directories, it did not  work. I was unable to find
/sys directory in Snapgear Linux (it exists under Fedora Core 4).

Awaiting your suggestions to help me load ipw 2200 firmware using Snapgear
Linux.
