ipw2200 debian etch; connection breaks while loading data

Hello there,
I am using Debian etch and i have a problem with my Acer Extensa 3002 Notebook with ip2200 wireless chip.
The Connection to my router breaks if i try to load e.g. an iso-image or something.
The connection is stable while im only browsing the web.
It seems to me that it needs for example 0.5 MB to break my connection, after that i have to reload the ipw driver and start the network again.

I also tried it with an Ubuntu Feisty Live CD, no problem there for me, so i don't think it is an hardware problem.

Can you please help me with this issue?
