Problems with QoS features

Hi,

I've installed ipw2200 and it works, but I can't figure out how to
make QoS features work. When I mark packets differently (with
iptables, DSCP & TOS marking) there is no any difference in packet
treatment, no prioritization. The marking is ok (I know what I'm doing
here). So, something wrong with firmware, ieee80211, or driver
installation. Are there any flags/definitions that I have to define
during compilation and installation specifically for enabling QoS?

This is what I did:

1) installed firmware ipw2200-fw-3.0.tgz
- copied all files in /lib/firmware

2) installed ieee80211-1.2.18
- run ./remove_old script
- make; make install

3) installed ipw2200-1.2.2
- run ./remove_old (before installing ieee80211)
- make; make install

System: ubuntu 7.10, kernel 2.6.22-14
