Hi, I've installed ipw2200 and it works, but I can't figure out how to make QoS features work. When I mark packets differently (with iptables, DSCP & TOS marking) there is no any difference in packet treatment, no prioritization. The marking is ok (I know what I'm doing here). So, something wrong with firmware, ieee80211, or driver installation. Are there any flags/definitions that I have to define during compilation and installation specifically for enabling QoS? Thanks a million for any help!!!!!!! Marco This is what I did: 1) installed firmware ipw2200-fw-3.0.tgz - copied all files in /lib/firmware 2) installed ieee80211-1.2.18 - run ./remove_old script - make; make install 3) installed ipw2200-1.2.2 - run ./remove_old (before installing ieee80211) - make; make install System: ubuntu 7.10, kernel 2.6.22-14 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/
