question about Intel 2200bg wireless network interface card

dear sir,
            I am working on dynamic power management for Intel 2200bg
wireless network interface card I come up with this problem. To evaluate the
experment results, I need to know the energy consumptions between state
transitions, such as how much energy it costs to transit the state from
standby(or idle) to sleep(or off), since the white book of the card doesn't
provide the datas ,can anyone knows please tell me? Thank a lot for any
help!
