Really off-topic for madwifi (because what you have is a wired Ethernet controller, and madwifi is just for wireless devices).

If you can't get your CentOS box on the internet, you'll probably have to install build dependencies off the install DVD, and get the AR8131 driver .tar.gz over to it on a USB stick or something.
