How is ieee80211_input_* functions called

r3314, I understood, ieee80211_input_monitor() is used to deliver packets up
network layer.

looking at madwifi code, I also find ieee80211_decap,
ieee80211_deliver_data, ieee80211_input_all.

Don't find any caller function in the whole build source, also no
documentation googled.

Please supply some hint for the use of those function, also any suggestions
on understanding the RX path are greatly appreciated.
