Just rename blacklist.co to blacklist.conf, and the warning will go
away.  It's unrelated to MadWifi.

Either you didn't install MadWifi by "make install", or you compiled it
for a kernel of a different version than the one you are running.

Run "make info" in MadWifi sources to find the kernel you are compiling
for.  Run "uname -a" to see the kernel you are currently running.  The
versions should be the same.
