turbo mode activation

Dear all, I have established an (adhoc) connection between two cards (TL-WN651G) and I want to activate the turbo mode on them (static turbo mode), but when I used the commands in Madwifi-project's site ( http://madwifi-project.org/wiki/UserDocs/TurboMode), I didn't know whether turbo mode is activated or not, Is there any method to test whether it is activated or not? Are there any other methods to activate turbo mode in Madwifi?
