wifi0: ath_rxorn_tasklet: Receive FIFO overrun; resetting

Hi,
       I am using "madwifi-trunk-r4128-20100325" . I was getting the following error

"wifi0: ath_chan_set: Unable to reset channel 157 (5785 MHz) flags 0x140 'Hardwar
e didn't respond as expected' (HAL status 3)

And added some delay in "ath_hal_wait()"  before/after OS_REG_READ.....

After that I haven't got the Error and not getting the scan result also...

After...Some time... I am getting the following error...

wifi0: ath_rxorn_tasklet: Receive FIFO overrun; resetting.
wifi0: ath_rxorn_tasklet: Receive FIFO overrun; resetting.
wifi0: ath_rxorn_tasklet: Receive FIFO overrun; resetting.

What could be the problem?
