Dear All, Iam a bit confused, Is 802.11r (fast BSS transition) a driver capability or a capability of the hostapd ?? if it is a driver capability, Does ath9k and ath5k support 802.11r?? how do i verify this?? google search shows me that mac80211 supports 802.11r so can i assume that ath5k and ath9k have this feature and that it is a driver feature?? then what is the roll of hostapd in 802.11r, is it the same roll as in 802.1x?? hostapd mentions 802.11r capability so iam confused, please help!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nokia and AT&T present the 2010 Calling All Innovators-North America contest Create new apps & games for the Nokia N8 for consumers in U.S. and Canada $10 million total in prizes - $4M cash, 500 devices, nearly $6M in marketing Develop with Nokia Qt SDK, Web Runtime, or Java and Publish to Ovi Store http://p.sf.net/sfu/nokia-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Madwifi-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/madwifi-users
