Please always specify versions of the software that gives you trouble. 
People who can help you don't always have time to figure it out for you.

You must be using MadWifi 0.9.4.  There have been many fixes since then, 
including a fix for this problem.  Unfortunately, no release was made 
with those fixed due to lack of manpower and interest to the project. 
Please use the latest snapshot, either the trunk or the 0.9.4 branch.
