UK Caller Id

Hi

Finally got round to purchasing the full driver foor my HCF Zoom modem, and everything is great, I have been testing the Voice capability, and it seems to do Full duplex Voice (at least take the commands)
All I need to get working now is the uk callerID working 

Does anyone have any advice to get this working?
