Re: hylafax problem !!!!!

Hi,

before you attempt to use your modem to send and receive faxes, please 
try it to make an IP connection to see if it works.

You could also try with the 'efax' software instead to see if you can 
send and receive faxes with this program.

If you require more assistance, please send at [email protected] the 
output of 'dumpdiag'. Type the following in a root shell:

---
hcfpciconfig --dumpdiag
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hcfdiag.txt').

You should also send us complete logs generated by the 'hylafax' and/or 
the 'efax' software.

All this information will help us solve the problem.
