So I can spell it out this way?

  If the user installs the Linuxant driver and buys a license, that
  modem/driver/license-key combo will work so long as the modem
  and motherboard are unchanged.  And will even work if the driver
  version is upgraded?

Is this right?  I'm not concerned with how Linuxant does
this.  I just want to spell it out for users of the package
I am building.
