Unable to compile modules with CLFS pure 64Bit.

I am trying to install my HSF modem in my newly built CLFS system and I t=
ry to=20
build the modules with the 64 bit package. The hsfconfig program says it =
can=20
not find gcc. I built the system with GCC 4.1.1. My system is only 64 bit=
. I=20
have a collection of HCF and HSF modems. Is there any way that I can get =
a=20
modem to work??

My other question is how do the licences work. Are they hardware and syst=
em=20
spicific? I have 1 liceances that I am unable to use because the systems =
have=20
changed, and I can not re use them. It is hard for me to spend $20 every =
time=20
that I re build my systems, and that could be every few weeks :S
