ADSL PCI Conexant Modem - Help

  I have an ADSL modem with two Conexant chips. One is the P4601-11 and t=
he other is the Falcon 2P / 11627-31. It must have a PPPoE protocol.

I=92ve noticed that other people have the same modem (with the same chips=
). I have found a thread, but couldn=92t find what I need. Maybe I=92m to=
o dumb.
I need to find the drivers to download and some advice on how to do every=
thing OK. I have spent many hours searching, so if someone would help me =
