OK!

I build acm.o module and I try modprobe acm, this my syslog:

Oct 17 18:54:53 server kernel: usb.c: registered new driver acm
Oct 17 18:54:53 server kernel: ttyACM0: USB ACM device
Oct 17 18:54:53 server kernel: acm.c: v0.21:USB Abstract Control Model=20
driver for USB modems and ISDN adapters

Now I run faxaddmodem and.... WOW!!! USB-Conexant reply!!!!!

Then I run hylafax and I see in my ssylog:

ott 17 18:58:13 server hylafax: faxq avvio succeeded
Oct 17 18:58:13 server HylaFAX[7652]: HylaFAX INET Protocol Server:=20
restarted.
ott 17 18:58:13 server hylafax: hfaxd avvio succeeded
ott 17 18:58:13 server FaxGetty[7661]: OPEN /dev/ttyACM0  HylaFAX (tm)=20
Version 4.1.5
ott 17 18:58:21 server FaxGetty[7661]: MODEM ROCKWELL=20
RC288DPi/CX93001-EIS_V0.2002-V92

Well! Now I will play with my new USB-Conexant!!
