Hi,

it seems that the HSF driver detected the device but fails with the 
following error message:

cnxthsf_cnxt_serial_add: ComCtrlOpen failed (1)
hsfpcibasic2: probe of 0000:00:0a.0 failed with error -5
---

Could you send at [email protected] the output of 'dumpdiag' please? 
Type the following in a root shell:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt').
It'll help us solve the problem.
