Hi, the problem is not this warning message: --- warning: hsfmodem-7.18.00.03full_k2.6.9_1.667.stk16-1fdr.i686.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 5dfbf7dc --- that you can safely ignore. Since you have a MC97 modem connected to the AC97 bus, this modem can be from various manufacturers and only Conexant is supported by our HSF modem driver. Please run the 'hsfconfig -i' command in a root shell and then run the 'dmesg' command. If your modem is not based on a Conexant chipset, you will obtain an error message stating so at the end of the 'dmesg' output. If this is not the source of the problem, please send at [email protected] the output of 'dumpdiag'. Type the following in a root shell: --- hsfconfig --dumpdiag --- Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt'). It'll help us solve the problem.
