Re: Problems receiving most faxes

Hi Jonathan,

I havent tried hylafax, as I'be been working with efax since quite a lot 
of time, with an ISA internal 56 Kbps fax/modem, which unfortunately, 
cannot be pluged to our new PCI only server. Our server is quite 
integrated with efax and our knowledge is quite good for it. Our tries 
with hylafax has given us a lot of headaches in the past... it's quite 
more complex than efax.

The ISA card worked flawlessly bow incoming and outgoing faxing with our 
current setup.

I've checked the manual on your website which describes the command and 
data flow for a tipical incoming fax transmission, which is the one that 
is giving us the problems (outgoing works quite fine), and the only 
thing which didn't quite match was the FRS command I've mentioned before.

If you wish I can send a more detailed log of the commands sent/received.

In your website you advertise that it works with both hylafax and with efax.

How did you make it work correctly with efax.
