Hi,

very little is known about this issue at the moment, the only known 
information is that it can only happen when you use the driver for 
multiple modems at the same time. A lot of users with that setup are not 
affected by this known issue for an unknown reason.

You could try with different versions of the Linux kernel. You could 
also try to move the modems to a different machine to see if there is a 
difference.
