Hi,

everything seems fine in the dump you have provided, as far as the modem
driver is concerned.

When you use 'AT &F X1' with "Init1", please make sure that you don't
use "Init2" as these settings might override some settings if 'AT &F X1'.

Finally, you are using a 2.4 kernels and there is a lot of known IRQ
issues with these kernels and an IRQ problem could be the source of the
problem you have described. You could try with a 2.6 kernel to see if
there is a difference.
