CD2_GET_INFROMATION returned error -71

Hi,
I'm having a problem getting your driver to work on my Vaio QR20 laptop with an external USB V.92 modem.  In the HSFDiag.txt file I'm getting the errors

modules/osusb.c: CD2_GET_INFROMATION returned error -71
/home/cnxt/builds/200611091804/hsfmodem-7.47.00.05full/packages/BUILD/hsfmodem-7.47.00.05full/modules/cnxthwusb_common.c: Firmware download failed
/home/cnxt/builds/200611091804/hsfmodem-7.47.00.05full/packages/BUILD/hsfmodem-7.47.00.05full/modules/cnxthwusb_common.c: CommInterface already claimed

I've attached a copy of the HSFDiag.txt file.  Could someone please help?
