Modem doesn't detect RING signal

Hi all,

 

my modem(usr 3090) perfectly work with outgoing dials, but cant detect ring tone when you

dial it.

 

I sure that the right country is set with the 'hsfconfig 

--country' command in a root shell.

I also tested with minicom to see if I receive the 'RING' but I did not receive it. 
 
 
 
This modem works perfectly in Windows.
 
What should I do?
