Intel HDA sound card alsa driver with hsfmodem driver

Hi

Latest hsfmodem driver release for intel hda cards replaces the
snd-hda-intel and snd-hda-codec modules which alsa driver has added and make
it not to support card and only gives it's own too limited functionality.
Limited things are for example not to cutting off the speakers sound after
inserting headphones. I tried to merge these to codes but unfortunately alsa
driver has merged snd-hda-codec driver in some cases and made this too hard
to merge. Is there any way to have these things all without problem? If the
only way is merging the code is there any suggestions for this issue?
