Re: HDA support not compiled in the driver

Hi,

the 2.6.23.x kernel is supported by the current version of the driver 
(7.68.00.04). You should try with the default kernel of Gentoo or a 
vanilla kernel from http://www.kernel.org to see if there is a difference.
