Re: HFS Driver working on Ubuntu Jaunty x64

Hi,

the HSF driver is known to work fine and is supported on Debian based 
amd64 (x86_64) Linux distributions such as Ubuntu. It is quite possible 
that we will start providing pre-compiled packages for x86_64 in the 
future, not only for the HSF driver and Ubuntu.

At the moment, for Ubuntu x86_64, using the generic package for x86_64 
in the TAR format is recommended, which is the package you have mentioned.
