Hi,

for that kind of problem, it is important to make sure that the right =

country was selected with the 'sudo hsfconfig --country' command in a =

shell. With HDA modems, you can also test the (HDA) sound on your =

system, a problem with the sound could be related to the HDA bus and =

could also negatively impact the modem as well. When such a problem =

occurs, hints are generally left in your 'dmesg' to let the user =

manually fix the problem.

If this information is not enough, sending a dump file generated by =

'sudo hfsfconfig --dumpdiag' to [email protected] will help us =

analyze the problem in more details.
